Hand Coffee Grinder

Every lot is cupped before it ships. Origin, process and roast date are printed on the bag, and the tasting notes above are what we taste on the cupping table.

Pour-over: 15 g coffee, 250 g water at 94 °C. Bloom 30 s with 40 g, then pour in slow circles over 3 minutes.

Espresso: 18 g in, 36 g out in about 27 s. Grind finer if the shot runs fast.

Phnom Penh orders arrive next day, nationwide in 2–3 business days. If a bag arrives damaged or stale, write to us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
